Choc Salted-Caramel Collagen Bites

  • 10 soft Medjool Dates
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Tsp  Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 scoop primal core Australia vanilla collagen booster
  • 2 Tbsp Natural Pure Almond Butter
  • 5 Drops Liquid Stevia

Chocolate Coating Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Natural Cacoa Powder
  • 1/8 Cup Pure Maple Syrup


  1. Place all Salted Caramel ingredients into your food processor blending until completely smooth
  2. Place mixture onto a sheet of grease proof paper and wrap into a log and place into the freezer for 2-3 hours
  3. Place all choc coating ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth
  4. Remove caramel mixturefrom the freezer. Using  a spoon or hands form individual balls from mixture
  5. Place on  baking paper and   then coat each caramel ball with the chocolate coating
  6. Place back into the freezer for a few minutes to set then serve and enjoy!
