Pineapple Coconut Protein Shake

When you have an extra 5 mins to spare and you want something a little fancy to take you away to an island ... 

 

Ingredients

* 1 Cup of Coconut Milk 

* 1 Cup of Pineapple pieces ( Fresh or Frozen ) 

*  2 scoops of Primal Core Vanilla Paleo Protein powder 

* 1/2 Cup of Water 

* Squeeze of Lemon ( Optional ) 

 

 

Method 

Place all ingredients in a blender and Mix.

Pour in two Glasses and Enjoy

After Dinner Mint Collagen Fat Bombs

 

Ingredients

* 150ml of melted coconut oil

* 1 scoop of Primal Core Vanilla Collagen

* 4 Tbs of Carob or Raw Cacao Powder

* A few drops of peppermint essence or  edible essential oil 

 

Method

 

1. Heat up coconut oil in the microwave or over the stove 

2. Mix Vanilla Collagen in the coconut oil until dissolved 

3. Mix Cacao powder or Carob powder and stir until dissolved 

4. Add peppermint essence and mix 

5. Pour into moulds and place in freezer until hard. Take out and put in fridge and enjoy 

Choc Salted-Caramel Collagen Bites

Choc Salted-Caramel Collagen Bites

Ingredients:

10 soft Medjool Dates

1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 Tsp  Sea Salt

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

1 scoop primal core Australia vanilla collagen booster

2 Tbsp Natural Pure Almond Butter

5 Drops Liquid Stevia

Chocolate Coating Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Virgin Coconut Oil

3 Tbsp Natural Cacoa Powder

1/8 Cup Pure Maple Syrup 

Method

Place all Salted Caramel ingredients into your food processor blending until completely smooth.

Place mixture onto a sheet of grease proof paper and wrap into a log and place into the freezer for 2-3 hours.

Place all choc coating ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth.

Remove caramel mixturefrom the freezer. Using  a spoon or hands form individual balls from mixture.

Place on  baking paper and   then coat each caramel ball with the chocolate coating.

Place back into the freezer for a few minutes to set then serve and enjoy

Egyptian Style Sahlab with a Twist

Stay warm and get cosy with our winter sahlab drink. 

Ingredients 

1 Cup of Coconut milk

1/4 cup of water

1 teaspoon of Tapioca Flour

1 Scoop of Vanilla Collagen

1 teaspoon of Rose Water

Dash of Cinnamon and crushed pistachio's or walnut 

Method

1. Heat coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat. 

2. Combine Tapioca in the water until it forms a paste 

3. Once milk is warm but not boiling add the paste and combine well

4. Add the Vanilla Collagen and stir until dissolved and mixture thickens slightly

5. Add Rose Water and stir for a minute or two to allow the flavours to combine

6. Remove from heat and pour in to a mug and sprinkle with cinnamon and pistachios and enjoy.

 

Strawberry Sundae Smoothie

Paleo Strawberry Sundae Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Scoop of Primal Core Strawberry Protein 

1 Cup of Strawberries

1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla

1/2 - 1 Cup of Coconut Milk 

Whipped Coconut Cream ( optional )

Method

Blitz together in a blender and pour into a tall glass. Top with whipped coconut cream and other desired toppings
